Summer Time Drinks Your Patrons Will Love: The Florid Bourbon Slushy

Nothing says summer like a frozen adult beverage.

Florida Bourbon Slushy

Ingredients

1, 6 oz Can of Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate

1, 12 oz Can of Frozen Lemonade Concentrate

1, 46 oz Can of Pineapple Juice

1 1/2 Cups Sugar

2 Cups Double-Strength brewed Black Tea

2 Cups Bourbon (substitute rum if you want)

1, 2 liter Bottle of Lemon-Lime flavored Soda (Sprite, 7Up, Mountain Dew, etc.)

Instructions

Yields Approx. 1.4 Gallon of frozen fun.

Mix ingredients together in a large bowl and pour in the frozen drink machine.

Turn on the machine, give it a chance to turn into slush (about one hour).

Strawberry Daiquiris

Ingredients

1, 64 oz bottle strawberry concentrate

1, one gallon cold water

1, one fifth (750mL) of light rum

12 strawberries very finely chopped

Instructions

Pour one 64oz bottle of strawberry concentrate into the empty hopper.

Add one gallon of cold water (192oz).

Allow concentrate and water to mix for approximately 60 to 120 minutes (or until slushy) before adding alcohol.

Pour one fifth (750mL) of light rum into the hopper. Pour only half of the recommended liquor to start- then add more to desired taste.

If desired, cut up (extra fine) one dozen strawberries and add it to the hopper.

And there you have two perfect alcoholic beverages for this summer.
